The Iowa Wave Shirt brings together Hawkeye fans, friends of University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital (UISFCH), and generous hearts from across Iowa and throughout the country—all united in support of the children and families receiving care at UISFCH.
Every Iowa Wave Shirt purchased is a reminder of what can happen when a community comes together for something bigger than ourselves. In the first eight seasons of The Wave, this incredible community of supporters has donated more than $3 million to UISFCH, helping make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families when they need it most.
Today, support of the Iowa Wave Shirt helps advance enhanced patient care and innovative pediatric research through the Iowa Wave Shirt Pediatric Research Fund, Iowa Wave Shirt Child Life Fund, Iowa Wave Shirt Pediatric Nephrology Research Fund, Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Center, and care provided through the Child Health Specialty Clinics.
